Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy Clients can book appointments through your preferred method: website, phone, or email. A confirmation email will be sent upon successful booking. Cancellation Policy Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the appointment will not incur a penalty. Cancellations within 24 hours will result in a 25% to compensate for lost time. No-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours will be charged the full amount. Cancellations must be made via email/phone or online, and a confirmation will be sent upon processing.
